grapefruit vinaigrette

You can substitute sugar for honey.

Ingredients


  • ½ cup fresh grapefruit juice

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

  • 1 tsp of honey

  • 1 tsp of Dijon mustard

  • salt and pepper to taste


Method


Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, whisk thoroughly, and use as a salad dressing.
